1. Turnaround / Delivery - How long will it take to manufacture my magnet order?
Once you have APPROVED our proof, your job will be ready for dispatch within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Prices - What does my price include?
Our prices include gst and standard delivery. Lowest Price Guarantee. Our policy provides that in the unlikely event you find a cheaper price elsewhere and can provide us with a genuine written quote offering the same product and services as provided by Fridge Magnet Online we'll beat that price by 10%. Competitor quotes must be provided prior to placement of your order. Price guarantee only applies to prices and qty's shown on this website.

3. Colours - How many colours is my magnet printed in?
Our magnets are generally printed in Full Colour (CMYK or 4 colour process). Therefore your magnet can have any amount of colours. If you have a special PMS Colour in your design which cannot be matched using the CMYK print model, then we can print your job using PMS Colours. An additional charge will apply to PMS Colours.

4. Shape and Sizes - Do you make different shapes and sizes?
Yes, we do. These will have to be quoted. Price depends of complexity of shape and Quantity ordered.

5. Artwork - What kind of artwork can Fridge Magnet Online use?
Artwork can be supplied in various file formats.
See our ART SPECIFICATION for more details.
Our prices include basic FREE ARTWORK and LAYOUT. This FREE service includes basic artwork and layout to be created using files, images, logos, text provided by you. For anything more complex you are welcome to provide your print ready file or we can quote you based on brief provided.

*Artwork for magnets is free of charge provided that the magnet order proceeds. If however you do not proceed with the order once the artwork has been requested, you will be charged a minimum fee of $77.00 including GST for artwork and other costs. The final fee may exceed this amount dependant on the amount of work requested.

6. Payment - How do I pay for my magnets?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS by telephone.

7. Returns or Reprints
All print issues with your magnets must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of magnets and returned to us within 14 days of receipt of magnets.
All artwork produced or received by FRIDGE MAGNET ONLINE must be approved via the proof that we send you prior to us printing the magnets. This is the only way to ensure that we have received for print for you is correct.

It is important that ALL NAMES, NUMBERS AND SPELLING are checked by you before signing off the proof. If there is a genuine mistake my FRIDGE MAGNET ONLINE, we will re-print the job FREE of charge.

Note: COLOUR VARIATION: FRIDGE MAGNET ONLINE cannot guarantee colour accuracy between magnet re-orders, though every effort would be taken to match colour to the last order.

8. Magnet Quality
We use three different thicknesses of magnetic material. Most commonly and cost effective thickness is 0.4mm. We also stock 0.6mm and 0.8mm. Please ask us for advice on which thickness is suitable for your requirements.

9. Intellectual Property, Warranty & Indemnity clause
WARRANTY
In relation to any text, works, logo, sign, symbol, picture or other materials supplied by the client for the purposes of publication, preparation or reproduction, the purchaser warrants;
a) that they are and have been at all times, owners of any and all relevant extant intellectual property rights pertaining to the material supplied including copyright trade mark, patent and/or design right; or
b) that they have obtained all necessary consents, licences or authorisations from all and any authors or other third party who has the capacity to give the same in relation to any texts, works or materials provided or otherwise used for the purposes of providing the services under this agreement.

INDEMNITY
The client agrees to indemnify and hold FRIDGE MAGNET ONLINE, its Directors, Employees or assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, regulatory proceedings and / or causes of action, and all damages, liabilities, costs (including without limitation settlement costs) or expenses (including without limitation legal fees on a solicitor client basis) arising from any alleged
a) libel, slander, defamation, product disparagement or indecent, false, misleading or deceptive conduct;
b) infringement of trade mark, copyright, moral right, design rights, title, slogan, trade indicia or other proprietary rights;
c) piracy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, unfair competition or ideas misappropriation;
d) invasion of the right of privacy as a result of any act or thing done on the Client's instructions or with the Client's approval including but limited to the use, publication, preparation, or reproduction of any texts, works, logos, signs, symbols, pictures or other materials supplied by the client. The warranties and indemnities contemplated by clauses A and B of this agreement shall survive the termination of this agreement.
